Udyami Sahyog Parishad (USP), is a Civil Society Organization “Not for Profit” with multiple mission of Formal and Non- Formal Education, Technical/ Non- Technical Professional skills Development Learning and Practices, Industrial Skills Development and Enhancement Trainings, Entrepreneurship Development & Trainings, Corporate Trainings, Industrial Manufacturing Excellence & Operational Support Services, Innovative Research, Job Placement and Industrial Manpower Solutions. The Society was established in March 2013 by the team of highly qualified, experienced Engineers, Doctors and Industrial Professionals. It is registered under Haryana Registration & Regulation of Societies Act 2012 with PAN India operations. It is supported by various Corporates/ Manufacturing Industries, Automobile Sector Industries, Central and State Governments, Non-Government Organizations/ Autonomous Bodies, National/ International Skills Provider Agencies/ Organizations, State’s Skill Development Missions, Industrial Associations, Skill Development Corporations, Sector Skill Councils, Universities, Technical Institutes, Engineering colleges, Polytechnics, ITI’s, Management and Humanities Colleges/ Institutes, Schools, for training and employment purpose. USP is one of the pioneers’ in establishing mutually ...beneficial quadrilateral partnership among the Training Institutions/ Training Providers, Youths, Employers and Government. Parishad is affiliated by Tata Institute of Social Science- School of Vocational Education (TISS-SVE), Automotive Skills Development Council (ASDC), Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM)- Department of Labour Resources, Govt. of Bihar, Haryana Skill Development Mission (HSDM) and Listed in NSDC Training Partners for various Job Roles in Manufacturing and R&D sub sectors through ASDC. Parishad is Cooperation Partner with SkillSonics (A Switzerland based, an international provider of apprenticeship training and professional skill development based on the Swiss dual-track VET system). SkillSonics implements training programs for apprentices, trainers, examiners and vocational education experts throughout the world. Parishad is HUB Partner of Tata Institute of Social Science School of Vocational Education (TISS-SVE) for B.Voc Degree Programme in Automotive Vertical. Parishad is Association Partner with Red Cross Society (Haryana State Branch) for running Skill Development Centre in every Districts of Haryana State. Parishad is conducting skill development trainings for Industrial & Para- Medical field and fulfilling the skilled manpower needs of various Industrial Departments/ Shops for manufacturing Industries, various Government Departments, Hospitals and clinical Labs. Parishad is cooperation partner with corporates, manufacturing Industries, Hospitals, service providers for their all the trainings & skilled manpower needs. Our special focus is on School Drop- outs (Who are the real gems for Manufacturing Industries) to train them and make them employable to earn their livelihood.
