Equipment Designer at this job need to design details of the equipment- mechanisms, fixtures, tools, gauges and other instruments for manufacturing & measuring the quality standards of the production process. After completion of training our placement cell will provide job opportunity in Manufacturing Company/Unit.

11. Practical exposer and real time On-Job-Training (OJT)

• Domain Training Content-

1. Complete knowledge of the new product usage and application
2. Knowledge of CAD software and 3D modeling techniques
3. Technical and functional requirements for tools, online gauges, fixtures etc.
4. Company manufacturing processes
5. Requirement of raw materials used in the process
6. Knowledge of metal properties/metallurgy
7. All the economic factors involved in the activity
8. Previous similar design & achieved data for QCT
9. Sequence of operations
10. Application of the final product
11. Prepare the PFMEA, CP and all the required process documentation
12. Resource &information systems like SAP, ERP etc.
13. Usage of various business correspondence tools like email, MS office tools (word, excel, power point) etc.
