    7. Engineering/Industrial documentation and standards (SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP,7QC)
    8. Industrial/Engineering drawing study
    9. Motivation, Behavioral and communication skills
    10. Inter departmental activities
    11. Practical exposer and real time On-Job-Training (OJT)

     

  • Domain Training Content-
  1. Complete knowledge of the new product usage and application
  2. Knowledge of CAD software and 3D modeling techniques
  3. Complete layout for the process in consideration
  4. Process Cycle Time Study and Line Balancing
  5. Material and information flow of the process
  6. Equipment available in local/ global market; technological upgrades
  7. All the economic factors involved in the activity
  8. Previous similar design & achieved data for QCT
  9. Elements of control systems: pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical/ electronic
  10. Elements of automation
  11. Simultaneously conducting the phase III of process design with product design
  12. Sequence of operations for each shop floor activity
  13. Norms established for time study
  14. The final product and the manufacturing process followed
  15. Application of the final product
  16. Prepare the PFMEA, CP and all the required process documentation
  17. Knowledge of shift roster norms and guidelines, Team building & Skill Matrix
  18. Resource &information systems like SAP, ERP etc.
  19. Usage of various business correspondence tools like email, MS office tools (word, excel, power point) etc.
  20. Customer interaction techniques

Objective

This job requires the individual to work independently and be comfortable in making decisions pertaining to his/her area of work. The individual should be result oriented. The individual should also be able to demonstrate skills for CFT-teamwork information ordering, oral expression, mathematical and deductive reasoning and comprehension.
